Cameron Crookston is a scholar and educator in theatre, LGBTQ2+ history, and media studies. He teaches in the Department of English and Cultural Studies at the University of British Columbia Okanagan Campus. His research focuses on drag, theatre, and the history of queer representation in popular culture. Cameron holds a PhD in drama, theatre and performance studies, and sexual diversity studies from the University of Toronto.
